Everyone loves a good story. Storytelling is also an essential skill in today’s working world that will help you grow your career, networking, and impact. Whether you are teaching a lesson, leading a meeting or presentation, or going on a date, storytelling is an incredible approach to effective communication. But what makes a story stand out, and engage the listener? A dramatic hook, a funny anecdote or a solid button – all can encourage looking, increase understanding, and snag the audience.
This workshop uses interactive activities to teach you the basics of good storytelling. In this highly interactive workshop, you will learn tips and tricks to make your stories fun, engaging, and interesting as well as have a chance to workshop the beginnings of a story with personalized feedback!
