Amanda Slavin, a former Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, is chairperson and Co-founder of CatalystCreativ, an award-winning community events agency specializing in audience engagement. Using the Seventh Level Engagement Framework—a proprietary methodology adapted from Amanda’s thesis work- she has helped enhance engagement for brands like Google, The Nature Conservancy, Zappos, HubSpot, and Coca-Cola through design, experiences, and campaigns over the past 15 years.

In October 2019, she published the Best Selling book, The Seventh Level, which outlines her proprietary framework, and guides readers to use it for themselves. Amanda has used this framework as an advisor to multiple startups including: HubSpot, Kiddie Kredit, Speakfully, SEEN, Official, Clark, Trill, Tokka, as well as a strategic angel investor and venture partner (OzoneX).

Robert Fowler is the Co-Founder and current CEO of CatalystCreativ. CatalystCreativ has worked with and produced events for Google, The Las Vegas Raiders, Sonos, The Nature Conservancy, and numerous other organizations.

A graduate of Furman University, Robert has extensive experience in overseeing everything from intimate networking events to multiple-day conferences. Robert brings a refined sense of design, flow, event management, and production to the CatalystCreativ team.

Prior to the start of CataylstCreativ, Robert was EVP of McNabb Roick Events. During his tenure, Robert assisted in producing events for JPMorgan Chase & Co., AmEx, Pfizer, the London Olympics, and numerous Broadway show openings. Before starting his career in the events industry, Robert worked for American designers Ralph Lauren and John Varvatos.
