Arthur Woods is a serial entrepreneur working at the intersection of equity, inclusion and technology. He was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and 40 Under 40 by BEQ. He is a three-time TEDx speaker and has advised leading brands from Disney and MetLife to the Smithsonian.

He is the Co-Founder of Mathison, a talent marketplace helping employers recruit and retain professionals from underrepresented communities globally. He is the creator of the first Equal Hiring Index to assess to drive inclusive hiring practices for organizations. Arthur came from Google where he led operations for YouTube’s Education division and oversaw YouTube for Schools. Arthur previously co-founded Imperative, leading social learning platform; Out in Tech, the largest global LGBTQ technology community; and Social Impact 360, the leading collegiate social enterprise education program.

Denise Brouder is the Founder of SWAYworkplace; a Community of People Evolving to Work-as-a-Lifestyle. As an undergraduate from the University of Limerick in Ireland, Denise came to New York on a one-way ticket to embark on a ten-year Wall St. career in financial oversight and operational controls at Merrill Lynch & Goldman Sachs. An eternal optimist, a keen innovator and a desire for flexibility led Denise to transition to the startup world as a founding team member of a successful high growth technology startup company.

Deeply influenced by the themes of work and empowering women, Denise found her passion at the intersection of the two in our collective ability to unlock Female Potential (FP) by empowering people to choose where & when they work; work as a lifestyle. Denise holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BBS in Finance & Economics from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Marcos Salazar (@marcossalazar) is a serial social entrepreneur, career coach, speaker, and community-builder. Marcos has worked in research and leadership development at the American Psychological Association, Girl Scouts, and the White House Project (promoting women to run for office). He is also the founder of two t-shirt companies, a number of social impact blogs, and the author of two books.

Through Be Social Change, Marcos taps into his entrepreneur’s creativity and social good inspiration to help people find and do meaningful work and lead more sustainable lifestyles. Marcos earned a degree from Amherst College and a Masters in Organizational Management and an Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from The George Washington University. Kristin Demafeliz is a member of NOBL Collective, where she helps ambitious and compassionate leaders and teams improve work and culture. Most recently, Kristin designed and produced NOBL’s first-ever live virtual conference with over 2,400 attendees from around the world sharing insights about the complexities of remote work, how to build resilient teams, and how leaders should communicate authentically, especially in times of crisis.

Prior to NOBL, Kristin worked at The Michael J. Fox Foundation, leading initiatives to accelerate and expand patient-centered research in partnership with academic, biotech and pharmaceutical organizations. She also has experience marketing and scaling enterprise software and consumer applications in the tech sector as well as strategic planning and constituent management for nonprofits.
